Meep. I'm awkward.

So, remember how you guys told me to move on from that other person that I liked? Well, I sorta did?

Anyways, me and this other girl went out to the movies the other night as friends and everything was pretty cool, like I'd call it successful since she didn't pull out her phone constantly. I paid for the movie and she paid for the dinner, also ordering me my favorite pasta, :3.

That was all fun and all, but my question is whether or not she'd be interested in me or not. Like, I'm pretty sure she's at least bi since I'm pretty sure she and another girl kissed before and stuffs, but I think that she still likes the other one...

Should I try? Like, do you guys think I have a chance at all?

I have one week left to prove myself... And actually get the courage to ask her... Heh.

Oh, and earlier today I texted her 'do you trust me' cause, like, I meant if she trusted me to drive her, but she still hasn't responded.... ._. #dying

I worry about everything... Probably a bad habit...

Like, it's her senior year and if I screw this up she might not eer talk to me again as a friend and I don't want to lose that either...

I'm in high school and I've never had a boyfriend(for obvious reasons...) or girlfriend.

Oh... And did I tell you I'm on a time limit? I have till the end of the week to ask her...

Cause currently we're in study hall and I'm leaving her next trimester for a class... We do the same sportish thing, but we're on different teams.... I'd hang with her after school, but he car died... And I have something going on then...

So, if we get a snow day tomorrow I'll only have three days left with her... ._. i'm a tad stressed.

Hmmm.... Should i ask her on a date, or to prom?

The first one sounds nice, and I could take as long as I want really.

The second one sounds sorta scary, because it'd be more public and I haven't told any of my friends, but it's around that time to be asking people and if I don't, I'm afraid someone else might... Or she might ask someone...

Good luck Winter! You should ask her on a date, and if it works, then prom. Prom would be a little bit much for the first time, I think. But that's just me.

I didn't do it...

I chickened out at the last minutr. We were at practice and I told her I had a question so she was like, 'alright'. But, later she was taking a really long time to leave, so I left. But that's also because she was driving someone else home who I happen to know has a past with the girl I like... And like, it would've been awkward, so I left... I have two days left now...

Don't worry about chickening out! It happens to the best of us. Next time, just take a breath and remind yourself that even if she says no (which she won't, I am sure) only your opinion of yourself matters, and the world will not end. Good luck!

I asked her... In latin... Heh. But she didn't say no.... She said 'give me time' but she said it while grinning and stuff so I guess I still have a chance?

Actually, what happened was that I told her the latin words at the end of class, she ttanslated them and then got confused. Afterwards, she approached me asking what I meant, so I danced around the subject a bit there, and then when it was time to leave, I pulled her aside and she asked what the words meant in english. I told her. So then, she asked, "Like how? Like... Girlfriend...?" I nodded and then she said "Can I have some time?" So I said yes. This whole time she was smiling or something, I'm not sure if she was serious or not though....

They said no... Meh, it's cool though.

Whatever happens happens I guess.
It's cool though since she later sent me these;

"I'm bad with words okay. And I had to think about it last night
 I get nervous and I start to over think things and I don't like hurting people or seeing the outcomes of rejection. I get scared of the reaction which is why I couldn't say it."

I thought that that was sweet and the fact that she actually considered my feelings was really sweet too.

So, then I was like, 'Alright, let's just pretend it never happened.' So, she sent me this;

"It never happened. Right. And I really am sorry. But if I didn't consider you a close friend I would've at least tried. :/"

So like, I get that she doesn't want to ruin our friendship, but does this mean she might've if she took more of a risk?

Should I try again?

I'm sorry she said no! And you should keep trying, but don't push it, or she'll get creeped out, and you might sound desperate.

Alright! Cause what I was thinkin is that; did she really deny me because she just plain foesn't like me, likes someone else, or doesn't want to ruin our friendship? Cause if it's the last one then I'm not accepting it. After all, from now on, we're only going to see each other for like, ten minutes every morning and therefore I'm not buying the friend thing since we won't be friends much longer, well, not like how we were.
