    (Awesome Cx)
"Grandmother? Y-your teeth. They are so...sharp?" Henry questioned his grandmother.
" The better to EAT you with my dear!" His grandmother snarled as his nightmared swirled before him. The teeth, blood, and gore twirling around in his mind. H hime woke up finally. Sweating and breathing so hard it felt like his chest was going to collaspe. His sister Valerie sleeping soundly next to him. Her breaths falling perfectly in order. Like raindrops after a lte night storm. Falling together in perfect harmony.

His breath grew harder, and hot as he gasped for air. The warm swirls of air creating fog in the bone chilling night. He tried to control his heavy breathing, as his chest rapidly moved for air, but it was no use. He wasn't going to make it. Once more, his bright amber eyes darting around, trying to find his route of escape. Shouts could be heard off in the distant, the young man hearing them. Thanks to his keen hearing and smell, he detected the mob around 2 miles back. Okay, he needed to get out of here. Fast. He let his large, muscled body carry him over the lush forest floor, his dark earthy colored fur helping him blend into his surroundings. He didn't know what to do next. He had been running all night. And dawn was soon approaching. If he didn't escape, he had to kill himself. Yes. They couldn't get him.

Henry sat there as the pale gray sky began to lighten. His mind still fuzzy from the dream. What had it meant. Finally beside him, his sister stirred. She opened her eyes and stretched for a good 20 mintues. Val's light hair tangled in a mess of blonde and red. They both had to get up for chores.
"Henry! Valerie! Get up! Get done with your chores!" A womans voice sounded from the other side of the house. Henry very slowly got up. He undresses and put on his tattered pants and went to work. Valerie took more time. When her brother was leaving is when she finally got up. She put on the cloak her grandmother had made for her. It was bright red. Henry had one too. Yet, he rarely wore it. He said it would get in the way of his work. Valerie set off to the forest to get watedr. She had her bucket to collect the water this time. Henry started off toward the tree cut place. He helped his dad with his work. Weather that was cutting down trees or being a locksmith assistant.

Cato continued to run, seeing the sun begin to peek over the horizon. Morning. He had been on the run all night. Shakily, he shifted to human, stumbling. Running through the thick brush had made his body get covered in scrapes, cuts and bruises. Dark, hot crimson blood oozed from a large cut on his left arm, and he limped slightly. His breath was ragged, as his wild eyes looked around. How to escape? He needed to get away!

Henry sat at the table for lunch. Well...it had just finished. Mother was ranting to father about something that happened in the village earlier. Henry was going to visit grandmother with his sister tonight. She was appaently sick. Valerie was a healer witch. So that's why she was coming with him. They soon left. When they started walking out of town they met up with Valerie's "Fionca" (idk if I spelled that right Cx). She didn't like him at all. Mother just wanted they money. Valerie avoided eye contact and we continued walking Grandmother lived on the outskirts of town. As all leaders do. They arrived at the cabin. It was almost sunset. They walked in and called for Grandmother. Hse wasn't home. There was a note on the table stateing that she had gone to the next town to pick some herbs.

Cato stumbled, trying to regain his balance. He had managed to evade the mod. For now. He must have lost them. But after shifting into his exhausted wolf form, he could scent they were about 4 miles back. Damnit! Turning back into the bruised and bloody human, his eerie eyes looked for an escape route. Or a way to end his life. A cottage. Perfect! Maybe he could hide there, perhaps escape. But after listening closely, he could tell there wa slide in the small home. Well great. Just his luck. But maybe, just maybe, the two could kill him. Yes. He would rather die than let them control his body.

Henry sat down by the blazing fire. He was warming his hands up. He thought, NO....contempalated the infinite. His sister Valeire walked randomly around.
"Why do you think grandmother left?" Valerie pondered. I could tell she was waiting to fall asleep. Or to even get the least bit tired.
"Only Hevan knows why that woman leaves her house." Henry answerd slowly as he stared into the fire. Making it do "dances."

Quickly, Cato managed to stumble up to the house. His body almost collapsed onto to the door, his breath ragged. Short breaths managed to escape his lungs, in rasps. "Hey!" He managed to shout, his hand hitting the door once or twice, before he collapsed, leaning his head to the wooden frame "Someone! Open up!"

Valerie looked at the door. "What the.." She ran to the front door and started to open it. She peered out of the crack and her eyes opened wide. "HENRY THERE IS A PERSON!"
Henry looked up and ran to his sister. He opened the door to see a man lying there. "Quick get him in!" Henry helped Valerie get him up and supported him with their shoulders. They made it inside the beautiful cottage. " Quick, get me..a..wet towel"
Valerie ran and got a wet towel and handed it to Henry.
Henry proceeded to clean the blood off of the stranger.

The man was leaning against the darkly colored wood, and when it opened his body slumped to the ground. He grit his teeth as they helped him up, pain shooting down his spine, sending a ripple of agony through him. He let out a small grunt of pain, not refusing their help as he was led to a chair. He must have been a terrible sight to see. His clothes torn so badly they barely covered him. Dirt caked most of his sunkissed skin, mud covering his fingers and toes. His hair had leaves and sticks in it, and the blood. Oh the blood. MJost dried blood, darkly colored, almost black now, covering large areas of his body. And his arm. A large cut ran down the entire length of his forearm, and was still bleeding, sure to get infected. Cato's eyes opened once more, and he looked at Henry, who was trying to clean him. His hand darted out, gripping the boy's wrist, holding it very tightly, so he couldn't move. His dark amber eyes peered into Henry's own, the stare cold and strong, but also clouded with pain and fear."Stop," He growled, a rumble emitting from his throat, deep and threatening. He hadn't meant it to come out so vicious, but he was still on edge from the chase. He winced at his own voice, and tried to correct himself "Stop," He repeated, his voice much lower, softer, but still very dark, dripping with pain "I need you to stop. Don't get my scent on you, okay?" He took a deep breath, and pried his fingers from Henry's wrist "Or they'll think you're me" He took a deep breath, shifting his body so he stood up more. But that was a huge mistake. A cry of pain slipped from his lips, as his eyes screwed shut, and he clutched his sides.

Valerie winced and ran over. " This may hurt a little." She said as she put her hand on his chest. A lighter red color seeped around his wounds. Creating a slight burning sensation. When it stopped Valerie looked hopefull. " That didnt do much, it just stopped it from bleeding so it wont get as infected, as quickly."

"Thank you but...." He looked down, feeling the words choke in his throat for a second, before he let them roll off his tongue "I'm afraid that'll do me no good. Because I must ask you to kill me" He said with such conviction, it was like he had decided this long ago; not 10 minutes before. "I need you to kill me before the hunters get here. Please, I cannot explain to you, but it is vital I am killed and my body be hidden" He explained to them both "Or we will all surely be doomed"

Henry looked at him. HE glanced at his sister and nodded.
" She can protect us. She can hide your scent." She nodded as he said that
