Whisper.. Hello!

Davet remained awake for a bit longer, his mind filled with memories and thoughts of the week. He sighed and turned his gaze back to Jack. "You're so cute when your asleep." He whispered, a small warm smile showing on his face. He slowly and quietly manuevered himself to lean gently against Jack, before closing his eyes gently and falling asleep.

In his sleep, Jack leaned against Duvet, practically snuggling into the warm body.

Davet snuggled closer as well in his sleep, a warm smile appearing once more, obviously showing he was having a good dream.

( Hm. Time skip to morning?)

Sure! ))

It was morning

Jack didn't want to open his eyes. He felt too warm and comfortable and the beating of Duvets heart made great background noise. Wait... Jack sprang away, eyes shooting open quickly as he stood.

Davet's eyes drowzily opened from the sudden jolt, slowly sitting up and stretching, cracking his back and letting out a sigh of relief. He glanced back at Jack, chuckling from seeing the look on his face, but everything seemed to be blurry. He was still half-asleep

As soon as Jack calmed down, he looked over at Duvet in embarrassment. "Morning," he mumbled, walking down the hallway to see how Alexia was doing. (That was her name, right?)

It was Alexis. :3 Hey, I just got an idea. Do you think it'd be cool if somebody managed to steal Alexis? ))

Davet stood up, falling forward a bit only to quickly catch himself, standing still for a second as he struggled to regain thought. He then followed Jack down the hallway, almost bumping into the walls on the way.

( Yes! Would it be now or later? Like... is she already kidnapped and/or in the process of being kidnapped, or would it be in a bit? )

Probably the process of being kidnapped to give us some action. ))

Jack walked into the room, stopping dead in his tracks at the sight before him. A man, in what appeared to be his early thirties, was holding Alexis. It took a few seconds for his brain to process the information, and even then he still wasn't able to do anything but stare at him wide-eyed.

Davet stumbled to the doorway, finding it hard to see as his eyes refused to clear up. He wobbled again and leaned against the doorway, staring right through the man and Alexis without knowing it. "...Huh..?" He mumbled, squinting his eyes to the blurry figures ahead of him.

Alexis bursted into screams and tears. She didn't know this man. This man was not her fathers. She wiggled, trying her best to climb out of the strange man's grip. But as she failed to do so, it only caused her to cry even more in terror.

As soon as Jack was finally able to take control of his limbs, he lunged forward at the man, trying to grab Alexis from him.

The man dodged out of the way, moving out of his range by just an inch. He raced across the room and pushed past Duvet, making his way for the door.

The shove was the trigger for Davet to wake enough to realise what was going on. He locked his gaze on the man and raced after him.

Alexis wept, biting and clawing at the man's arms, growing more and more terrified.

Jack wasn't too far behind Duvet, although the exhaustion he was still feeling was weighing him down.

The man swung open the front door, racing outside into the crisp morning air, covering up Alexis as much as he could.

There was low mist blanketed across the entire area. Davet swung out the house and skidded to a stop, glancing from side to side, a dredded feeling in his stomach. He heard the cries dying out as the man drew further and further away. I'm going to kill that f***ing man!, he thought, continuing to try and search for the man that had stolen Alexis.

Jack glanced around as soon as he reached outside, unable to locate where he had gone. With a strangled frustrated noise, he grabbed the nearest thing, a rock, and threw it. He watched as it sailed through the air and disappear behind the house across the street.

Davet switched his attention over to Jack, his gaze worried. "So, what do you think we should do?" He asked.

Jack slid to the ground, his arms around his head, his knees pulled up to his chest. He shrugged and tried to hold back the tears he felt in his eyes.

Davet knew he felt the pained feeling of losing something special. It didn't feel right to him, he wasn't used to feeling such emotions. He let out a shuddering breath and sat down beside Jack, patting his back gently. He was silent for a moment, taking the time to get rid of such emotion, and mumbled, "Maybe this is a good thing. We have the kid of our backs and we can go back to our own lives."

Jack flinched when Duvet began to pat his back, although he forced himself to relax. "We don't know what he's going to do to her though. He could sell or abuse her or..."

"Think positive thoughts, dear Jack," He said to him, continuing to pat his back gently. "It could've been the father....either way, it's better to not have her in our lives anymore. I'm sure she'll be fine."

Jack couldn't hold it in, and his body heaved with sobs. "If it was the father, why would he run off?"

Davet watched Jack in silence, unsure of what to do. He slid his arms around Jack, pulling him into a tight hug. "Hey, don't cry...please, don't cry.." He whispered.
